Vyner Street Gallery “The Gallery”

Opening Hours
Mon.-Fri. 11.00am to 6.00pm, except 'First Thursdays'* 11.00am till 9.00pm
Sat. & Sun. 11.00 to 5.00 (if booked)
If your booking period does not include a First Thursday, you can nominate one evening for late opening.Extended opening hours by negotiation.
To secure your booking with the gallery we require a deposit
This is non-refundable within 90 days of your booking.
The balance of the fee must be paid in full at least 30 days before your booking.
We do not take commission on sales.
No structural alterations or physical changes may be made to the gallery without prior permission by the owners. The Gallery must be left in a Good Condition
Your hanging and de-hanging (get-in, get-out) is included in your booked period.
All Artwork must be removed from The Gallery promptly after your show as we have no storage facility.
In common with the other galleries in Vyner Street the street door to the gallery is generally kept closed and visitors enter by entryphone.
We, the owners of Vyner Street Gallery, do not invigilate your show.
If you are unable to invigilate your show, you should arrange for the gallery to do so; there will be an additional charge for this service.
On your opening night or late night opening if you wish passers-by to come in, you must assign someone responsible to be on the door to regulate numbers and keep good order.
Any photographs sent to The Gallery as publicity material, will be held by The Gallery and may be used from time to time in promotional material for The Gallery, unless you specifically request otherwise.
You may serve alcohol to your visitors, but you are not allowed to sell alcohol.
The gallery has Public Liability Insurance to £2.000.000. This does not include your artworks sculpture etc. We strongly advise you to ensure all artworks are adequately insured.
Please note, there is no Wheelchair access to the gallery.
Data protection
By signing these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are aware of and consent to the use by Vyner Street Gallery of any personal data within the meaning of the Data Protection Act 1998 and that Vyner Street Gallery may create and maintain computer and paper records, collect, hold, control, use and transmit personally identifiable information obtained from you in the course of the rental of Vyner Street Gallery
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you consent that such personal data may be used for promotions connected with Vyner Street Gallery
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by Vyner Street Gallery’s negligence, Vyner Street Gallery shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, for any loss of profit or any indirect special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims (whether caused by the negligence of Vyner Street Gallery, its employees, agents, sub-contractors or otherwise) which arise out of or in connection rental of Vyner Street Gallery or its use by you and the entire liability of Vyner Street Gallery under or in connection with the rental of Vyner Street Gallery to you shall not exceed the total sum paid under the invoice for the rental of Vyner Street Gallery.
Vyner Street Gallery does not accept any liability for damage to the Artwork caused by your own negligence or fault, in particular, but not restricted to, in the maintenance of the Artwork.
Group shows must nominate a person to sign this agreement and provide a postal address, who will ensure payments are made as necessary.


You will receive a copy of these terms by email on confirmation of your booking to sign and return to The Gallery.
